It's a Split Decision for Hillary & Obama 2/6/08

Clinton won @ home in New York as well as in California,
Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arizona
& Arkansas. She also won the caucuses in American Samoa.
Hillary won in the biggest states & had the most votes. She
heads into the upcoming primaries leading in delegates.

Obama won Connecticut, Georgia, Alabama, Delaware, Utah
& his home state of Illinois. He succeeded with caucuses in
North Dakota, Minnesota, Kansas, Idaho, Alaska and Colorado.

FYI, Hillary Clinton was key in passing Gay Marriage in
Massachusetts by having her campaign manager, Terry McAuliffe,
quietly calling legislators to sway their votes. Obama did nothing....

Obama Wins, Clinton 2nd, Edwards 3rd 1/27/08

Obama wins the South Carolina Democratic Primary with 55%...
Hillary, Obama, & Edwards have defended their religious beliefs
to our LGBT community again & again that they believe that
marriage is between a man & a woman. Yet they continue to seek
our support promising us civil unions that provide about 1/3 the
benefits of marriage
Obama stating in his Martin Luther King Day speech in
Atlanta that "We have scorned our gay brothers & sisters
instead of embracing them" as he embraces anti-gay ministers.
Hillary, whose husband Bill, strapped us with DOMA &
"Don't Ask Don't Tell" now saying these Acts should be
revisited.
And with Edwards on the bottom of the heap now that all
the other Dem hopefuls have bowed-out, still holding strong
on his religious beliefs yet saying we should have rights.
I just wish @ this point of the game that Gore's recent
pro-gay marriage position would rub off the candidates
& finally the Dems would come clean.... :)

Obama Says Gay Marriage Isn't Important 3/'08

Obama speaking @ a rally in Oregon stated that gay marriage
was not a priority. After all, this isn’t an issue that concerns him.
He’s legally married & has all the benefits of marriage for his
family. He stated, "We argue about gay marriage. You know, in
the meantime the planet is, you know, potentially being destroyed.
We've got a war that is bankrupting us & we're going to argue
about gay marriage? I mean, that doesn't make any sense."
Well Darling, what kind of a planet will we have if our citizens
are denied basic rights & protections for their families.....??
