Obama Says Gay Marriage Isn't Important 3/'08

Obama speaking @ a rally in Oregon stated that gay marriage
was not a priority. After all, this isn’t an issue that concerns him.
He’s legally married & has all the benefits of marriage for his
family. He stated, "We argue about gay marriage. You know, in
the meantime the planet is, you know, potentially being destroyed.
We've got a war that is bankrupting us & we're going to argue
about gay marriage? I mean, that doesn't make any sense."
Well Darling, what kind of a planet will we have if our citizens
are denied basic rights & protections for their families.....??
